The last menu is environments. It deploys a submenu that shows the current metrics, an overview of the environment, and the list of the tickets. The list only shows tickets if a webhook is available and running.
There are two types of environments, Kubernetes Cluster and OpenStack Cluster. Most of the features explained below are the same. They even share some metrics. However, the difference is that some metrics are unique for each type.
