Besides presenting metrics and creating user alerts, Hayei can receive alerts configured in Prometheus and triggered by AlertManager.

The first part shows the webhook needed to ship the alerts triggered by the AlertManager. Once both instances Hayei and AlertManager, this view provides a few details about the number of tickets opened, unread, and unassigned and breakdown based on their severity.
Spotlights
Finally, the overview shows the number of logs analyzed last week, last day, and the previous 30 minutes. It helps to identify in just one view possible issues in the system under monitoring.
