The next menu is Overview. This section provides insights of the environments under monitoring.
In one view, Hayei tells us how many environments are online and how many incidents are open and unread in the Data Source. It also shows the severity of the incident in a pie diagram.
Hayei also displays detailed information per environment. The overview shows the number of logs analyzed and the number of hosts (a.k.a serves) under monitoring. Hayei also indicates the number of tickets opened, unread, and unassigned. Finally, this view disaggregates the tickets by severity.
The spotlight issues section tries to highlight relevant issues.
At the bottom of the page, a life histogram shows the distribution of the analyzed logs over the last seven days, last 24 hours, or last 30 minutes. Hayei updates this information every minute.
