Help Desk Report

The report view is an overview of tickets in the environment. It shows relevant information about the tickets. For example, it shows the date of creation, the customer/client, the owner of the ticket (person in charge of solving it), and the current status.

By default, Hayei generates a downloadable excel report with all the tickets sorted in descending order.

Hayei also shows the same information below, where the user can explore/generate custom reports.

One criterion is by incident name (subject) or customer.

It is also possible to narrow down the report to open or closed tickets.

Even the report can be limited to a specific date and time range.

The report generation also supports filters by assignee (the person taking care of the ticket) or severity.

Finally, the report generator allows the user to sort the results.

After each action, Hayei regenerates the downloadable report, keeping the last setup. Therefore, it is helpful to generate different report versions directly from Hayei.
